Short Term Accelerated Rehabilitation is designed for seniors who need short term rehab after a hospital stay, before returning home. Our Star Care has a private entrance, offering private and semi-private suites, with dedicated nursing and rehab. The sole purpose of S.T.A.R. Care is to provide rehabilitation to get you back to your own home and active life.

Physical Therapy

Promotes health in people who are recovering from orthopedic or neurological conditions such as hip/knee replacements, stroke, spinal surgery by the use of therapeutic exercise and the application of modalities, intended to restore or facilitate normal function or development.

Ombudsman Program
A long-term care ombudsman helps residents of a nursing facility and residents of an assisted living facility resolve complaints. Help provided by an ombudsman is confidential and free of charge. To speak with an ombudsman, a person may call the toll-free number 1-800-252-2412.
